What is the BKS Iyengar method?
Developed over eight decades by B.K.S. Iyengar in Pune, India, this method brings precision, alignment, and the intelligent use of props to yoga practice. It is one of the most rigorously taught and assessed yoga traditions in the world.
Certification requires years of dedicated practice under a qualified mentor, followed by formal assessment by a panel of senior teachers. It cannot be self-declared.
